Here we go again, all that has made the voluntary carbon market great is the non-dependency on government action, no related to corruption, influences or decisions, and here the market is at the feet of any decision that might be made without enough pre-information. It may not be a problem from Sweden, but other less informed countries may take advantage of project developers and outsource their work.
What if Microsoft was a Danish company, hence contributing both with emissions and emission removals to the overall Danish CO2 Balance?
Would you consider this a double counting?
(Or is it just 2 counts of 2 different scales, eg. Company-level and State-level, just like with GDP)
